How to Make a Complaint or Provide Feedback at the Albury Entertainment Centre

Complaints about the Venue
For issues related to the facilities, accessibility, safety, cleanliness, or other venue-related matters:

We take venue-related concerns seriously and will investigate and respond promptly.
Complaints about an Event
If you wish to raise a concern regarding a specific event, such as ticketing issues, performer conduct, qualit, or something wasn't as you expected. We at the Albury Entertainment Centre don't produce or manage events.
Please get in touch with the organiser directly. If you send us your complaint in writing to: entertainment@alburycity.nsw.gov.au we can forward this on your behalf.

Photography and Filming at the Albury Entertainment Centre
General Guidelines:
- Signage & Staff: Look out for signs and ask our Customer Service team if you are unsure about camera restrictions.
- Social Media: Posting photos or videos to social media is generally permitted and often encouraged. However, for events with specific restrictions, please look out for signage and listen to announcements.
Lost Property
All items found or handed into the centre are kept safe and logged by our Front of House Team.
