I accept that I have a responsibility to myself and a duty of care for those who work for and on behalf of the stated venue hirer in respect to the NSW Work Health and Safety Act; I have read, understand and agree to abide by the Albury Entertainment Centre’s Safety Induction provided. *

On behalf of the stated hirer I acknowledge that all people working on this event whether voluntarily or paid will view or be taken through the Albury Entertainment Centre Safety Induction before entering the venue. *
