CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATIONS
The Albury Entertainment Centre (AEC) is currently operating under COVID Safety measures in accordance with NSW Public Health Order. This is currently 75% capacity across all our seated venues.
IF YOU ARE UNWELL, STAY HOME
Please do not attend if you feel unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID and/or have been in contact with a confirmed case or are awaiting COVID test results. Call our Box Office Team prior to the date of the performance so we can get you into another performance or issue a refund if required.
MANDATORY VACCINATION – DUE TO BEING A HIGH RISK VENUE
In accordance with NSW Health as of 11 October 2021. It is a requirement that all patrons aged 16+ have received two doses of a COVID-19 Vaccination prior to entry. Proof of vaccination status or valid written medical exemption will be required at entry to the theatre. Children under the age of 16 are welcome to attend and do not require vaccination, however, must be accompanied by a member of the family that is fully vaccinated.
FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL PATRONS EXCEPT FOR PATRONS AGED 12 AND UNDER
Face masks are mandatory at all times in the venue for all patrons aged 12 and over except those with a valid medical exemption. Proof of written medical exemption will be required at entry to the theatre. Verbal exemptions will no longer be accepted.

BABES IN ARMS POLICY
From Friday 13 November 2020, due to a Public Health Order, anyone under 18 months must now possess a ticket as they will be counted towards our allowed capacity. In the past, a child under 18 months would be admitted "Free On The Knee" and didn't need a ticket, due to COVID-19 restrictions this is no longer the case.
When you book tickets now, there will be a new ticket for ‘Under 18 months.’ If you are planning on bringing your child you must let us know, rather than risk being turned away if we are at capacity. The cost of the child attending will vary for each event, so please check the price list when booking your tickets.
Our box office at the theatre will open 1 hour prior to the start of the show. We request you arrive at least 45 minutes before the show time. This allows us to QR check-in and check your vaccination status.
WHEN LEAVING VENUE
Once the performance/event has concluded please remember to follow NSW health guidelines when leaving the venue.
INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES
We are performing additional cleaning before, during and after events including frequent sanitisation of high use surfaces. In addition, hand sanitisers and handwashing facilities are provided throughout the building. We will also have signage throughout the building indicating capacity limits and social/physical distancing.
A COVID Marshal will be onsite when large audiences are expected. Cashless payments are preferred, and Perspex barrier screens are in place at Box Office.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING
To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your allocated seat unless you are purchasing food & beverage, merchandise or using the restrooms, in which case we ask you to purchase your items and then move back to your allocated seat as soon as possible. When you move around the theatre foyer, please ensure that you keep your distance from other patrons, wear your mask and follow the signs and the directions of our theatre team.
The kiosk is open, however as consumption of food or beverage whilst standing is prohibited, you may be asked to purchase your items and make your way to your seats before you can consume them.
Temporary removal of masks for consumption of food & beverage is permitted.
Cashless payments are preferred.
We are currently in the process of refunding tickets purchased to all rescheduled shows. If you need to cancel tickets booked due to Covid, please email email@example.com
COVID MARSHALS ARE THERE TO HELP
Our COVID marshals and ushers will be onsite throughout the event to monitor everyone’s safety, and to assist you in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you.
We continue to closely monitor and adhere to the regulations and advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and in accordance with NSW Government guidelines. Our COVID Safe plans will continue to evolve and as the health advice changes the information on this page will be updated. We recommend that you check back in prior to your event.
If you have any questions or access requirements, please email our Box Office Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, phone 02 6043 5610 or ask our Front of House staff or COVID Marshal when attending.
Thank you for keeping our community safe.
